Arranged and collected by Norvetta Whitson, 5th Generation Heir of Moses and Millie Robinson, this cookbook is dedicated to the many heirs of the Robinson family.
The community of Dry Ridge was started in 1863, a time when enslaved African Americans knew freedom was coming and wanted land ownership. The 120 acres of Dry Ridge were bought under the terms of Moses Robinson, a free black man. For more information, visit dryridge.org.
Proceeds of this book benefit the Friends of Dry Ridge organization.
